For me London Fashion Week doesn’t officially kick off until I’ve seen my friend Faustine’s presentation. She never fails to amaze me with her collection, this time held at Tate Britain. Handmade and handwoven in her studio in North London, the Parisian born designer had models in boxes with only a peep hole for a view. That didn’t stop me poking my iPhone in and taking shots. The fabrics reminded me of carpet, a good carpet, a fashionista carpet. The collection also had three dimensional pieces which looked like they could damage anyone that came too close, they also doubled up as tops. Faustine has pushed things forward and the hard work was apparent.
great post 🙂
Thank you
